We have already implemented the following:
- We have all the resources to continue undertaking the search, attraction and assessment processes required to provide an effective recruitment service.
- We are utilising video calling technology to maintain contact with all our clients and candidates.
- We have postponed all face to face meetings/contact. This includes attending events and individual meetings.
- We have also setup video conferencing facilities allowing you to conduct face-to-face interviews with candidates for business-critical roles.
We are monitoring the situation with Covid-19 on a regular basis and are updating our policies and working practices daily.
