Job Title: Business Development Executive
Salary: £18,000 – £21,000 p.a + Uncapped Bonus OTE £26,000
Verus Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a fantastic North Nottinghamshire Based Company in the recruitment of a Business Development Executive due to continued growth.
As my clients Business Development Executive, you will be a motivated, organised and driven individual who is able to proactively manage your new business pipeline whilst promoting my client’s brand and ethos.
we are looking for fun, switched-on and sharp people who enjoy working in a team, someone who communicates well and want to progress quickly in a fun but demanding environment.
- Create a new business pipeline using targeted campaigns and sales techniques.
- Account manage existing customers upselling potential products.
- Contact new sales leads via sales calls, email etc.
- Utilise your internal team to help you develop sales opportunities.
- Arrange sales meetings.
- Maintain and manage a database of contacts.
You may also be asked to attend client’s meetings as well as attending trade shows and exhibitions.
- Have experience in the business to business (B2B) sector.
- Be self-motivated, organised and driven.
- Have strong communication skills, both written and verbally.
- Possess an excellent telephone manner and strong listening and questioning skills.
- Be Results focused.
- Have previous experience in a call centre or telephone sales.
