Job Role: IT Support Administrator

Salary: £22,000 – £24,000

Verus Recruitment is currently working with a fantastic Sheffield-based client who specialises in sustainable IT solutions. This client is passionate about helping their customers reduce their carbon footprint and environmental impact by providing energy-efficient IT solutions that use recycled materials and are easily recyclable. They also offer end-to-end IT services that can help businesses streamline their IT operations and improve their overall efficiency.
We are seeking someone to join the team to support sales and admin. The ideal candidate will have an experience with customer service and a passion for IT. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsivities involve:
- Addressing customer inquiries through phone calls and email correspondence
- Handling and following up on new sales leads
- Organising and managing schedules
- Overseeing order fulfillment and packaging
- Efficiently processing customer orders
- Maintaining databases related to sales operations
- Providing administrative assistance as needed
About you:
- Prior experience in customer service roles
- A strong grasp of IT and staying updated on current trends
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- A proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication
- The capacity to establish and nurture client relationships
