Sales Account Manager

Location:  Sheffield
Salary:  £22,000 – £25,000 (DOE) (OTE – £32-37K) but uncapped commission.

What will you be doing?

• Ultimately you will be looking after existing clients, ensuring they are happy, looked after, and being offered the best solutions for their needs.
• Working closely with the technical solutions department ensuring quotes are accurate.
• Providing first-class customer service throughout the sales process, from prospecting to closing.
• Track your activity on their CRM system, ensuring that everything is recorded appropriately.
• Comfortably communicating with decision-makers at differing levels.

  
What will you bring to the role?

• Ideally, you will have experience in a sales or account manager position but other industries will be considered.
• Perhaps, you will be an IT professional who has dabbled in customer service and is keen to move over to the commercial side.
• You won’t be afraid of talking to customers about IT/ technical solutions, however, don’t panic if you haven’t worked in IT or technology before, there are more than enough technical experts there to show you the ropes.
• A hunger to close deals and add to your bonus pot! But again, don’t panic, this role is not hugely about KPIs, it’s about building and maintaining relationships.
• You’ll be a car driver, as eventually you will be visiting their lovely customers face to face.
