Your Role:
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will:
- Drive Growth: Use your sales acumen to expand our customer base and increase sales.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Problem-Solve: Offer solutions to customer challenges, providing top-notch support at every interaction.
- Sales and Customer Service: Handle incoming sales calls, email enquiries, create quotes, and process orders, all while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
About You:
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- Thrives in Customer Interaction: You’re adept at communicating efficiently and politely with customers, managing the entire sales process from initial enquiry to delivery.
- Has Relevant Experience: You have a proven track record in a related industry, specifically in cutting and profiling, along with essential expertise in interpreting technical drawings and comprehending metal specifications.
- Independent and Collaborative: You’re as comfortable working independently as you are in a team setting.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and possessing strong maths and English skills.
