Location: Rotherham, UK – Office Based
Salary Range: £27,000 – £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications

This crucial position resides within our client’s Rotherham team and presents a prime opportunity to contribute significantly to the organisation’s continued success and client service excellence.
Role Overview:
You will play a vital role in managing and overseeing client bookkeeping, preparing complex financial statements, and engaging in various accounting and administrative tasks. This position requires a unique blend of accounting expertise, client service orientation, and a proactive approach to professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing client bookkeeping and managing a personal portfolio of clients.
- Preparation of complex financial statements, interim management accounts, and tax returns.
- Participation in client meetings and collaboration with directors and business owners.
- Contribution to the training and development of team members.
- Involvement in company secretarial duties and various accounting/administrative tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience within an accountancy practice environment.
- Proficiency in Xero is essential; familiarity with Sage 50, QuickBooks, and Iris Sage Business Cloud is advantageous.
- Qualified by experience or part-qualified ACA/ACCA.
- Demonstrates excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
